Bella Baby upgraded their eCommerce platform with Monsoon Consulting, transitioning to Magento 2. This revamp included user-friendly design enhancements and the integration of advanced features like DPD courier service and Salesfire Search, providing a more scalable and secure online shopping experience for their growing customer base.

Bella Baby is a fast-moving B2C company with a multi-channel eCommerce strategy that aims to grow the businesses online channels through an ambitious and inspired new integrated approach. 

With the impact of Covid-19, Bella Baby needed a modern, user-friendly eCommerce platform that could handle the growth in digital footfall, while allowing for future growth and the challenges that Brexit presented to its British stores

Working closely with Bella Baby, Monsoon Consulting designed and developed a scalable and secure, user-focused eCommerce platform. Using Magento Commerce, and multiple 3rd party extensions the final solution is a future-proofed platform that will help Bella Baby expand for years to come. 

Having launched in early 2021, the new Bella Baby platform has successfully brought its award-winning customer service into its digital platform, while managing the ever-increasing digital footfall. With an increasing user base and conversion rate, Bella Baby is set for continued digital growth.
