The Sweater Shop, an Irish B2C family business with a rich heritage in crafting high-quality sweaters and knitwear, is renowned for its loyal customer base. Over 70% of their customers have made repeat purchases, proving their commitment to quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

To continue delighting their loyal audience and attract new customers, The Sweater Shop sought a complete redesign of their eCommerce site to enhance performance, improve visuals, and provide a seamless shopping experience.

  • Implemented the “Shop The Look” feature: This innovative addition enables users to view and purchase complementary items with ease. By showcasing curated outfit suggestions alongside individual products, “Shop The Look” enhances the shopping experience, inspiring customers to explore and purchase more items that align with their style preferences.
  • Designed a dynamic new menu structure and search functionality for intuitive navigation.

  • Integrated Storyblok CMS, empowering The Sweater Shop’s team to make real-time content updates with ease.
